This book begins with a brief description of the experiences of their authors' with many stressful situations and how to overcome, which led to the book. One might think that I am stressed out, because I heard of someone else? I think it is an important element in understanding why their techniques are so reliable and useful, though. Reading the book is the first step, the next is actually the technique into practice in your life. Fortunatelyare simple, even when they are very effective. Although this book is several years, I would say that with certainty, that the wisdom contained in it is still very timely and appropriate.
